I would like to start off by saying how professional my husband and myself were treated, from my initial phone call all the way to the end of our kitchen addition. Revitalize was our 3rd contractor we had out for estimates, but what made us choose them is how the owner took his time in really trying to listen to what we were trying to accomplish. We had done renovations prior at our other home and were given timelines. But it was almost like clockwork the way every piece fell into place. The leadership is prompt and accurate with estimates an customer support in not only diagnosing the cause of the problems but a verity of ways to fix the problem that best fits our needs. The workers are extremely skilled an professional while on the jobsite by not only doing the job assigned but in showing compassion an respect to the homeowners. We have used Revitalize for multiple projects. We started with a new roof and in the process of them doing the roof I asked the owner for a price to do the kitchen. It felt no matter what question I asked he was able to give me an answer. Which was extremely nice when I knew nothing. Through the whole design process the owner his wife and the crews that I worked with were always willing to take me by the hand and lay out what my budget could get me. I was set on Hickory cabinets but with our budget we just couldn’t fit it in. When the cabinets arrived I peaked in the boxes and behold David went ahead and got them. We closed on our house 2 weeks before Helene. Before the phones went completely down I was calling to see if someone could save our basement. The owners had saved our number and 3 days later had made it to our home. Before we were even able to talk about cost, insurance, or anything the owner stood with my husband and myself and saw how upset I was, he put his arms around us both and said we can fix this. The next day his crew was onsite for demo and cleanup as he worked with our insurance company. Sending photos calling for equipment finding any materials he could.
